When I try to login, a message tells me to link or connect my BCeID. How do I do this?
Follow the instructions carefully. Enter your certificate number, which begins with the letter “L” or “J” followed by 6 digits. If the number only has 5 digits, add “L0” or “J0” before the number. Enter your date of birth. Enter the email address that the Ministry of Education and Child Care has on file. If you have not updated your email address with the Ministry since applying for a teaching certificate, the email address you used when applying for teacher certification should be entered. The email address entered must match the information on file with the Ministry. Entering an email address that does not match the stored email address is the most common reason for a failed linkage.
